[Important] Terms of Service Violations During Club Festival

Thank you for playing MY HERO ULTRA IMPACT.

Here are the details regarding how potential misconduct during Club Festival will be handled.

To ensure that players can enjoy the game in a fair environment, we issue strict penalties in response to any activity that is deemed to be in breach of the Terms of Service, including player suspension.

Similarly, during the new Club Festival event, users who are confirmed to be in breach of the Terms of Service, as well as Clubs whose members are confirmed to be in breach of the Terms of Service, may be subject to any or all of the following penalties.

■Penalty Details

• Suspension of the offending accounts
• Erasure of the offending accounts' ranking records
• Erasure of the ranking records of Clubs affiliated with offending accounts

A pop-up warning will display to players confirmed to be engaging in misconduct.
Warnings may also be triggered for players whose data usage or battle logs are flagged as exceptionally unusual, regardless of whether they are engaging in unfair conduct.

However, please rest assured that further investigation will take place after a warning has been displayed, and that no penalties will be issued to accounts determined to be abiding by the Terms of Service.
