• [Effect] Increases character's skill impact by 35% if there are any pro heroes on the team. /Increases character's Action Skill impact by 25% for 2 turns every 2 turns, up to 4 times. /Also reduces character's Action Skill cooldown time by 1 every 3 turns, up to 3 times.
  *The listed skill effects are for memories that have reached MAX Limit Break.
