As of 9/28/2022 15:00 (JST), "Climax Battle VS Gentle Criminal" is now underway.


■Climax Battle

Climax Battle is a high difficulty event mode that lets you obtain UR characters by claiming victory against incredibly powerful foes.
You can obtain a special UR character by clearing the highest difficulty Class SS or collecting Climax Emblems.
Climax Battles will be held again at a later date after the first Climax Battle period ends.

■How to Play Climax Battle

By clearing stages in order from Class B up to Class SS, each clear can earn you tons of rewards.

You can get UR character pieces for the UR character obtainable in Climax Battle
by exchanging Climax Emblems for them in the designated Gear Shop.
Please note that they cannot be obtained in regular Gear Shops.
Climax Emblems will drop in each Class of Climax Battle.
You can exchange Climax Emblems in the designated Gear Shop for various items.

Aim to be victorious in the most difficult Class SS to get a UR character!


■Emerging Powerful Enemies

The powerful enemy in "Climax Battle VS Gentle Criminal" is as follows.


Gentle Criminal will be able to use an ability unique to this event mode.
He gives himself and all characters Elasticity, which increases stats depending on how much more additional speed one has.
In addition, characters with lower speed than Gentle Criminal will be targeted with skills that add additional effects, making him a unique and powerful enemy you've never experienced before.

Form a team with STR type characters, as well as characters that have high speed and take on this formidable foe!

■Forming Teams in Climax Battle

Unlike VE Tower and Ultra Arena, you can use teams that you have already formed for use in Main Quests and Level Up Quests.
However, Climax Battle does not offer a guest selection.


■Conditions for Winning/Losing Climax Battle and Number of Tries

The conditions for winning or losing in Climax Battle are as follows.

Climax Battle has the same battle rules as Main Quest and similar modes.

A try is consumed for each Class you clear in Climax Battle.
If you forfeit or lose the quest, a try will not be consumed!
You have up to 3 tries per day, and they will reset every day at 00:00 (JST).

After clearing a Class, you can use a try to repeat it as many times as you want.
You can obtain Climax Emblems when clearing a Class.

You can obtain a UR character in "Climax Battle VS Gentle Criminal" by clearing the high difficulty Class SS or at the designated Gear Shop.

■Obtaining Rewards and Emblem Exchange Period Details

After the Climax Battle period ends, you will only be able to obtain mission rewards and exchange Climax Emblems from the page.
Once the period to obtain rewards and exchange emblems ends, you will not be able to access Climax Battle until the next Climax Battle.

■Climax Emblems and Designated Gear Shop

By defeating powerful enemies in Climax Battle, you can obtain Climax Emblems.
The type of Climax Emblem you receive depends on the enemy you defeat.

The Climax Emblems obtained from defeating the current powerful enemy Gentle Criminal can only be used in the designated "Climax Battle VS Gentle Criminal" Gear Shop.

You will not be able to use the Climax Emblems obtained from the battle with Gentle Criminal in future Climax Battles where new powerful enemies will appear.

You can exchange Climax Emblems in the designated Gear Shop for special characters and various items.
You can only exchange for a limited number of each item.

The items and characters obtainable by exchanging Climax Emblems are as follows.

However, if you have cleared the high difficulty Class SS and have [Tenacious] Gentle Criminal already, you will be able to obtain [Tenacious] Gentle Criminal again to exchange them for DX Pieces and Stars.


■Climax Battle Designated Missions

Climax Battle has designated missions that can be checked and completed within the Climax Battle page.
If you clear the missions that are displayed, you can get various rewards!
You can obtain mission rewards on the Climax Battle page.


The amount of rewards you receive depends on how much damage you can deal to the powerful enemy (amount of HP reduced) for these missions.
In "Powerful Enemy HP Progress Missions", even if you aren't able to defeat the powerful enemy (even if you meet the losing conditions), you can still progress further in the missions.
However, if you forfeit the quest then no additional progress will be made in the missions.

First Time Clear Missions
You can clear these missions by defeating the powerful enemy and meeting the winning conditions.
These can only be completed when new powerful enemies have been added in Climax Battle.
The first time clear mission for "Climax Battle VS Gentle Criminal" can be attempted and cleared from 9/28/2022 15:00 to 10/23/2022 23:59 (JST).
You can obtain Hero Gems when clearing each Class within the mission period.
You cannot attempt the "First Time Clear Missions" when the same Climax Battle returns.

Furthermore, there may be additional designated missions during the Climax Battle period.
The additional missions will consist of even tougher challenges, like forming teams with specified characters.

Climax Battle is an event mode that is open for a limited time only.
The same Climax Battle will reopen when the same powerful enemy reappears again.
