■Added a new skill effect "Ice Coating"

When the newly added skill effect "Ice Coating" is applied to a character, once the applied barrier (which nullifies attacks) breaks, the attacker will be afflicted with a unique status ailment.
This effect occurs anytime a barrier breaks while under the effects of "Ice Coating".
