We have confirmed an issue with Ch. 2 EX Stage 2 of Case File Special Case 1 "World Heroes' Mission", which became available 6/27/2023 (JST), where players were unable to obtain rewards after clearing the stage.
This issue has been resolved as of 7/6/2023 15:00 (JST).

This is an issue that only affects Special Case 1 "World Heroes' Mission" Ch. 2 EX Stage 2.
We have confirmed that players are still able to obtain item drops when clearing other stages.
