The Impact Fest is a special Recruit where the drop rate for UR characters and memories is 1.5x the usual!

Donning his special commemorative outfit to celebrate the anniversary, Katsuki Bakugo arrives in this Recruit as a brand-new UR character!
Two memories, "Full Power, Young Ones" and "Persistent Tenacity", depicting Class A making their way through a special test in order to reach the party venue, are also here again!
