This special Recruit can be played by using TV Anime Release Celebration Recruit Ticket or Hero Gems.

Plus, UR characters and memories that were added to the Recruit roster from May 2021 to April 16th, 2024 (JST) will appear in this Recruit, with carefully selected Hot Picks UR characters.
However, characters and memories from certain special Recruits will not be included.
The following characters and memories from the TV Anime Release Celebration Recruit Part 1 will also be added to the lineup.UR characters: "[Faux 100%] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Together Tomorrow] Ochaco Uraraka".UR memories: "Max Power" and "Light in Chaos".SR memories: "Evil's Steps" and "Unsung Hero".
