The anime film-based Hot Picks characters and memories are only obtainable from the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Hot Picks Recruit: Izuku Midoriya and My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruit: Izuku Midoriya, and will generally not be available in future Recruits.
