The My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruit: Giulio Gandini consists of five steps.
For each 10x Recruit, you will progress by one step, and a 10x Recruit on Step 5 will return you to Step 1.
You will be able to repeat the steps this way a maximum of five times.
There is a bonus on each step, and by performing a 10x Recruit you can obtain various items.
Furthermore, you cannot perform single Recruits in the Step Up Recruit.

This Recruit features new Hot Picks characters and memories with outfits based on the anime film "My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next".
The anime film-based Hot Picks characters and memories are only obtainable from the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruit: Giulio Gandini and the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Hot Picks Recruit: Giulio Gandini, and will generally not be available in future Recruits.

This Recruit features characters and memories with bonus effects that increase the number of event items you can obtain in the "Win the All-You-Can-Eat Sweets" event.
Additionally, the new Hot Picks characters and memories in this Recruit have higher drop rates for the duration of the event.

Furthermore, Recruit Ex Pts obtained by using the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruit: Giulio Gandini and My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Hot Picks Recruit: Giulio Gandini are shared.
Both Recruits share the same Recruit Exchange as well, so any items that are exchanged for in one Recruit will reduce its remaining quantity in the other Recruit Exchange.
