As of 9/5/2025 12:00 (JST), the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Step Up Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki is now underway.

The Hot Picks characters and memories for the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Step Up Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki will feature outfits following a specific theme.
These are characters and memories exclusive to the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Step Up Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki and the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki, so don't miss out!

The Steam-Powered! Steampunk Step Up Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki consists of five steps.
For each 10x Recruit, you will progress by one step, and a 10x Recruit on Step 5 will return you to Step 1.
You will be able to repeat the steps this way a maximum of five times.
There is a bonus on each step, and by performing a 10x Recruit you can obtain various items.
Furthermore, you cannot perform single Recruits in the Step Up Recruit.

Tomura Shigaraki in steampunk attire is back as an STR type UR character!
That's not all! The six steampunk world-themed memories "Quick Repairs", "All Board the Steam Train", "Steam-Clad Destroyer", "Meeting in the Hideout", "The Next Destination", and "Battle in Steam" are back!

Steam-Powered! Steampunk Step Up Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki

This Recruit, similar to the Heroes Hot Picks and Celebration Hot Picks Recruits, features Hot Picks characters and memories with outfits following a specific theme.
The steampunk-themed Hot Picks characters and memories are only obtainable from the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Step Up Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki and the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki, and will generally not be available in future Recruits.

Additionally, the Hot Picks characters and memories in this Recruit have higher drop rates for the duration of the event.

Furthermore, Recruit Ex Pts obtained by using both the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Step Up Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki and the Steam-Powered! Steampunk Recruit: Tomura Shigaraki are shared.
Both Recruits share the same Recruit Exchange as well, so any items that are exchanged for in one Recruit will reduce its remaining quantity in the other Recruit Exchange.
