The Impact Fest is a special Recruit where the drop rate for UR characters and memories is 1.5x the usual!

Ochaco Uraraka and Momo Yaoyorozu are making reappearances as UR characters, donning special outfits in celebration of the anniversary!
Two memories, "Full Power, Young Ones" and "Persistent Tenacity", depicting Class A making their way through a special test in order to reach the party venue, are also here again!
