New: Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit

As of 10/20/2025 17:00 (JST), the Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit is now underway.

New special combination characters, characters that team up together, are making their debut!

The Hot Picks characters in this Recruit are considered special combination characters.
The new special combination characters are exclusive to the Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit and Hot Picks Recruit, so don't miss out!

The Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit consists of five steps.
For each 10x Recruit, you will progress by one step, and a 10x Recruit on Step 5 will return you to Step 1.
You will be able to repeat the steps this way a maximum of five times.
There is a bonus on each step, and by performing a 10x Recruit you can obtain various items.
Furthermore, you cannot perform single Recruits in the Step Up Recruit.

A DST type UR Izuku Midoriya arrives as the first new special combination character!
A STR type UR Katsuki Bakugo also arrives as a special combination character!

The special combination characters Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo are also depicted as a duo in their illustrations before and after awakening.
Also, the other half of the combo will appear alongside their teammate in victory animations and in battle when executing a Plus Ultra Move!

Plus, a new UR memory also arrives! This memory depicts Katsuki Bakugo getting part of a suit as a makeshift splint for his broken bone, and the will to continue fighting a formidable enemy from All Might.
That's not all! A SR memory also arrives! This memory depicts Momo Yaoyorozu protecting Mei Hatsume as she continues repairs while the enemies advance.

Please note, like characters from special seasonal events, special combination characters will not appear in future Recruits.
The following two characters will not appear in future Recruits.

・Character "[Power to Change the Future] Katsuki Bakugo"
(They may return in reruns of event Recruits or Hot Picks at a later date)


Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit


This Recruit features Hot Picks special combination characters, characters that form special combos.
The Hot Picks special combination characters "[Power to Change the Future] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Power to Change the Future] Katsuki Bakugo" will generally not appear in future Recruits after the Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit and Hot Picks Recruit end.

The Hot Picks special combination characters and newly added memories have bonus effects that increase the number of event items you can obtain in the "Seizing Shadows! Rise of Evil" event.
Additionally, the Hot Picks special combination characters and newly added memories in this Recruit have higher drop rates for the duration of the event.

Furthermore, Recruit Ex Pts obtained by using the Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit and Hot Picks Recruit are shared.
Both Recruits share the same Recruit Exchange as well, so any items that are exchanged for in one Recruit will reduce its remaining quantity in the other Recruit Exchange.
