As of 11/20/2025 17:00 (JST), the Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki is now underway.

The Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki is a unique Recruit similar to the Heroes Hot Picks, Celebration Hot Picks, and Steampunk Recruits.
The Hot Picks characters and memories for the Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki will feature outfits following a specific theme.
These are characters and memories exclusive to the Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki and the Ruler of the Edge Hot Picks Recruit: Shoto Todoroki, so don't miss out!

The Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki consists of five steps.
For each 10x Recruit, you will progress by one step, and a 10x Recruit on Step 5 will return you to Step 1.
You will be able to repeat the steps this way a maximum of five times.
There is a bonus on each step, and by performing a 10x Recruit you can obtain various items.
Furthermore, you cannot perform single Recruits in the Step Up Recruit.

Donning a medieval fantasy costume, Shoto Todoroki returns as a UR character!

Plus, the "Errands at the Market" UR memory is back! This memory depicts Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, and Tenya Iida in a medieval fantasy world happily strolling around a market surrounded by an array of goods.
The "On to the Next Strategy" UR memory is also making a return! This memory depicts Hawks, Endeavor, and Shota Aizawa also in a fantasy world, looking like dignitaries on their way to their next mission.


Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki


This Recruit, similar to the Heroes Hot Picks, Celebration Hot Picks, and Steampunk Recruits, features Hot Picks characters and memories with outfits following a specific theme.
The fantasy-themed Hot Picks characters and memories are only obtainable from the Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki and the Ruler of the Edge Hot Picks Recruit: Shoto Todoroki, and will generally not be available in future Recruits.

In addition, they are Hot Picks for this Recruit and have higher drop rates for the duration of the event.

Furthermore, Recruit Ex Pts obtained by using both the Ruler of the Edge Step Up Recruit: Shoto Todoroki and the Ruler of the Edge Hot Picks Recruit: Shoto Todoroki are shared.
Both Recruits share the same Recruit Exchange as well, so any items that are exchanged for in one Recruit will reduce its remaining quantity in the other Recruit Exchange.
