As of 2/23/2026 15:00 (JST), the Celebration Step Up Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki is now underway.
The Hot Picks characters and memories for the Celebration Step Up Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki will feature outfits following a specific theme.
These are characters and memories exclusive to the Celebration Step Up Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki and the Celebration Hot Picks Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki, so don't miss out!
The Celebration Step Up Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki consists of five steps.
For each 10x Recruit, you will progress by one step, and a 10x Recruit on Step 5 will return you to Step 1.
You will be able to repeat the steps this way a maximum of five times.
There is a bonus on each step, and by performing a 10x Recruit you can obtain various items.
Furthermore, you cannot perform single Recruits in the Step Up Recruit.

Donning special commemorative outfits to celebrate the anniversary, Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki make their return in this Recruit as UR characters!
Two memories, "Full Power, Young Ones" and "Persistent Tenacity", depicting Class A making their way through a special test in order to reach the party venue, are also here again!
Celebration Step Up Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki
This Recruit features Hot Picks characters and memories with outfits to commemorate the anniversary.
The anniversary-themed Hot Picks characters and memories are only obtainable from the Celebration Step Up Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki and the Celebration Hot Picks Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki, and will generally not be available in future Recruits.
Additionally, the Hot Picks characters and memories in this Recruit have higher drop rates for the duration of the event.
Furthermore, Recruit Ex Pts obtained by using both the Celebration Step Up Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki and the Celebration Hot Picks Recruit: Midoriya & Bakugo & Todoroki are shared.
Both Recruits share the same Recruit Exchange as well, so any items that are exchanged for in one Recruit will reduce its remaining quantity in the other Recruit Exchange.
