■Special Missions
- Complete 10-7 (NORMAL) without skipping, with Midoriya as a regular.
- Complete 10-11 (NORMAL) without skipping, with Midoriya as a regular.
- Complete 10-16 (NORMAL) without skipping, with Midoriya as a regular.
- Complete 100 Main or Event Quests.
- Complete 200 Main or Event Quests.
- Complete 300 Main or Event Quests.
- Complete 10 Level Up Quests.
- Complete 30 Level Up Quests.
- Complete 50 Level Up Quests.
- Complete the 1st Floor on Difficulty A of the Quick Stage 1 time, with Iida, Hawks, or Toga on your team.
- Complete the 2nd Floor on Difficulty A of the Quick Stage 1 time, with Iida, Hawks, or Toga on your team.
- Complete the 3rd Floor on Difficulty A of the Quick Stage 1 time, with Iida, Hawks, or Toga on your team.
- Complete the 1st Floor on Difficulty S of the Quick Stage 1 time, with Iida, Hawks, or Toga on your team.
- Complete the 2nd Floor on Difficulty S of the Quick Stage 1 time, with Iida, Hawks, or Toga on your team.
- Complete the 3rd Floor on Difficulty S of the Quick Stage 1 time, with Iida, Hawks, or Toga on your team.
- Get a total score of 5,000 on the Quick Stage.
- Get a total score of 10,000 on the Quick Stage.
- Get a total score of 15,000 on the Quick Stage.
- Get a total score of 20,000 on the Quick Stage.
- Try the Ultra Arena 3 times.
- Try the Ultra Arena 5 times.
- Try the Ultra Arena 10 times.
- Exchange coins with items at the Gear Shop 50 times.
- Exchange coins with items at the Gear Shop 100 times.
- Exchange coins with items at the Gear Shop 150 times.
- Complete a Dispatch 2 times.
- Complete a Dispatch 4 times.
- Complete a Dispatch 6 times.
- Complete a Dispatch to the Construction Site 1 time.
- Collect items at your Hero Base 5 times.

■Note
- Missions will not appear on the Special Missions menu if their associated mode has not been unlocked yet.
- Dispatch teams and locations will unlock as you progress through the Main Quests.
- The VE Tower can be unlocked by completing Main Quest 5-18 (NORMAL).
- The Ultra Arena can be unlocked by completing Main Quest 6-18 (NORMAL).
