- Get a total score of 5,000 on the Mixed Stage.
*Can be completed each day during the mission period. - Exchange U.A. Medals for an item at the Gear Shop 1 time.
*Can be completed each day during the mission period. - Complete 12-6 (NORMAL) without skipping, with Yaoyorozu or Tokoyami as a regular.
- Complete 12-9 (NORMAL) without skipping, with Todoroki or Iida as a regular.
- Complete 12-17 (NORMAL) without skipping, with Monoma or Shinso as a regular.
- Complete 100 Main or Event Quests.
- Complete 200 Main or Event Quests.
- Complete 300 Main or Event Quests.
- Complete 10 Level Up Quests.
- Complete 30 Level Up Quests.
- Complete 50 Level Up Quests.
- Complete the 1st Floor on Difficulty A of the Mixed Stage 1 time, with Amajiki, Present Mic, or Shigaraki on your team.
- Complete the 2nd Floor on Difficulty A of the Mixed Stage 1 time, with Amajiki, Present Mic, or Shigaraki on your team.
- Complete the 3rd Floor on Difficulty A of the Mixed Stage 1 time, with Amajiki, Present Mic, or Shigaraki on your team.
- Complete the 1st Floor on Difficulty S of the Mixed Stage 1 time, with Amajiki, Present Mic, or Shigaraki on your team.
- Complete the 2nd Floor on Difficulty S of the Mixed Stage 1 time, with Amajiki, Present Mic, or Shigaraki on your team.
- Complete the 3rd Floor on Difficulty S of the Mixed Stage 1 time, with Amajiki, Present Mic, or Shigaraki on your team.
- Get a total score of 10,000 on the Mixed Stage.
- Get a total score of 15,000 on the Mixed Stage.
- Get a total score of 20,000 on the Mixed Stage.
- Get a total score of 25,000 on the Mixed Stage.
- Try the Ultra Arena 3 times.
- Try the Ultra Arena 5 times.
- Try the Ultra Arena 10 times.
- Complete a Dispatch 2 times.
- Complete a Dispatch 4 times.
- Complete a Dispatch 6 times.
- Complete a Dispatch to Endeavor's Agency 1 time.
- Collect items at your Hero Base 5 times.
- Collect items at your Hero Base 10 times.
- Collect items at your Hero Base 15 times.

- Missions will not appear on the Special Missions menu if their associated mode has not been unlocked yet.
- Dispatch teams and locations will unlock as you progress through the Main Quest.
- The VE Tower can be unlocked by completing Main Quest 5-18 (NORMAL).
- The Ultra Arena can be unlocked by completing Main Quest 6-18 (NORMAL).
