For safe and secure use of our services by children, we are introducing the "Family Group" for Bandai Namco ID.

After the introduction of the Family Group, users who are considered children will receive a "Child Account." A Child Account will be restricted from logging into our sevices until it has been linked to a parent or guardian's Bandai Namco ID account.

As a result, the Child Account will not be able to use the data transfer function by using the Bandai Namco ID.
