- Characters that were added from the Impact Fest Celebration Hot Picks Recruits such as "[Celebration] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Celebration] Ochaco Uraraka" will not appear.
- Characters that were added from the Movie Mashup Hot Picks Recruits such as "[World Heroes] Izuku Midoriya", "[World Heroes] Katsuki Bakugo", and "[World Heroes] Shoto Todoroki" will not appear.
- Characters that were added during special seasonal events such as "[Yukata Time!] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Ocean Sun] Ochaco Uraraka" will not appear.

- Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
- Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
- Tap the "i" button on "[My Hero Ultra Rumble] UR Character Recruit Special Pack".
- Tap the "Ticket Rates" in the Confirm Details screen.
