- Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
- Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
- Tap the "i" button on "It's Halloween! UR Character Recruit Villain Select Pack".
- Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
