1. Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
2. Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
3. Tap the "i" button on "UR Character Recruit! Valentine Special Pack".
4. Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
