1. Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
2. Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
3. Tap the "i" button on "[3rd Anniv.] UR Character Recruit Special Pack".
4. Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
