- Characters that were added during special seasonal events such as "[Yukata Time!] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Ocean Sun] Ochaco Uraraka" will not appear.

1. Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
2. Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
3. Tap the "i" button on "[SUMMER FEST] UR Character Recruit Special Pack 2nd Round".
4. Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
