UR characters that were added to the Recruit roster from October 2023 to October 1st, 2024 (JST) will appear in the [It's Halloween!] UR Recruit.
*Characters from certain special Recruits will not appear when using these Recruit Ticket.

- Characters that were added from the Steampunk Recruit and the Steampunk Step Up Recruit such as "[Steampunk] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Steampunk] Katsuki Bakugo" will not appear.
- Characters that were added from the Impact Fest Celebration Hot Picks Recruits such as "[Celebration] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Celebration] Ochaco Uraraka" will not appear.
- Characters that were added from the Impact Fest Heroes Hot Picks Recruits such as "[Heroes Assemble] Izuku Midoriya", "[Heroes Assemble] Katsuki Bakugo", and "[Heroes Assemble] Shoto Todoroki" will not appear.
- Characters that were added from the Movie Mashup Hot Picks Recruits such as "[World Heroes] Izuku Midoriya", "[World Heroes] Katsuki Bakugo", and "[World Heroes] Shoto Todoroki" will not appear.
- The character "[Rapid Resolve] Izuku Midoriya" from the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Hot Picks Recruit and the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruit will not appear.
- Characters that were added during special seasonal events such as "[Yukata Time!] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Ocean Sun] Ochaco Uraraka" will not appear.

1. Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
2. Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
3. Tap the "i" button on "[It's Halloween!] UR Character Recruit Special Pack".
4. Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
