This valuable pack includes a [Global Ver. 4th Anniv. #1] UR Custom Recruit Ticket, Hero Gems, UR Unlocking Orb α, and Character Lv Up Bars (Large).[Global Ver. 4th Anniv. #1] UR Custom Recruit Ticket can be used in the [Global Ver. 4th Anniv. #1] UR Character Custom Recruit.
This is a special Recruit where you can set which UR characters appear.
One UR character can be selected to appear out of the UR characters that were added to the Recruit roster up to December 17th, 2025 (JST).
*Characters from certain special Recruits cannot be selected when using these Recruit Ticket.

- The characters "[Rapid Resolve] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Loyal Butler] Giulio Gandini" from the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Hot Picks Recruits and the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruits cannot be selected.
- Characters from special seasonal events such as "[Yukata Time!] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Ocean Sun] Ochaco Uraraka" cannot be selected.
- Characters from the 10 M Downloads Manga Series: Over 100 M Copies Published WW Recruit and Step Up Recruit such as "[100 Million] Izuku Midoriya", "[100 Million] Katsuki Bakugo", and "[100 Million] All Might" cannot be selected.
- The characters "[Power to Change the Future] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Power to Change the Future] Katsuki Bakugo" from the Power to Change the Future Hot Picks Recruit and the Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruit cannot be selected.
- You can check the selectable characters, as well as view their drop rates, by following the directions below.
1. Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
2. Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.

4. Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
