Only female UR characters that were added to the Recruit roster from May 2021 to January 16th, 2026 (JST) will appear in the Valentine's Day UR Character Recruit.

- Characters from the Movie Mashup Hot Picks Recruits such as "[World Heroes] Izuku Midoriya", "[World Heroes] Katsuki Bakugo", and "[World Heroes] Shoto Todoroki" will not appear.
- The characters "[Rapid Resolve] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Loyal Butler] Giulio Gandini" from the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Hot Picks Recruits and the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruits will not appear.
- Characters from special seasonal events such as "[Yukata Time!] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Ocean Sun] Ochaco Uraraka" will not appear.
- Characters from the 10 M Downloads Manga Series: Over 100 M Copies Published WW Recruits and 10 M Downloads Manga Series: Over 100 M Copies Published WW Step Up Recruits such as "[100 Million] Izuku Midoriya", "[100 Million] Katsuki Bakugo", and "[100 Million] All Might" will not appear.
- The characters "[Power to Change the Future] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Power to Change the Future] Katsuki Bakugo" from the Power to Change the Future Hot Picks Recruit and Step Up Recruit will not appear.
- You can check the characters that appear, as well as view their drop rates, by following the directions below.
1. Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
2. Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
3. Tap the "i" button on "[Valentine's Day] UR Character Pack".
4. Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
