Stage Rules (Character)
If character is an INT type character, increases Plus Ultra Move skill impact of all allies by 50%.
If character is a MND type character, increases Max HP of all allies by 25%.
Gives character ability to use sharp eye (chance of evading: 20%)
Decreases character's Action Skill impact by 40% (*For every 25% decrease in character’s HP, decreases effect by 10%), and increases character's Plus Ultra Gauge charge rate by 40% (*For every 25% decrease in character’s HP, increases effect by 10%).
