Case Files
Case Files are a new type of content where you can enjoy original stories chasing the truth behind the case by beating multiple stages.
In the Case Files, each investigation is called a Case.
Every Case is split up into multiple chapters.
There is a story and battle stage for each chapter.
In Story Mode, you can read original Case Files stories. In Stages, you will take on various battles and can obtain great rewards by completing them.
Once you complete all stages in a chapter, you can move on to the next chapter.
After you solve a Case by completing all of its chapters, you can move on to the next Case.
New chapters and Cases will come in future updates.

Stages
In Stages, you will take on battles.
Complete a stage by taking down all opponents to 0 HP.
In Case Files, there are a limited number of turns in stage battles.
You will face a defeat if you run out of turns or if all characters in your team hit 0 HP.
However, the opponents' HP will carry over to your next attempt.
Take as many tries as you need to complete the stage.
Story
You can enjoy original Case Files stories.
Stories are unlocked by completing the corresponding stages.
If you would like, you can always skip the story.
Unlocked stories are available either in "Stories" from the Case Files screen or by looking through the Archives.
Case File Teams
In Case Files, you will use special sets of teams that are different to the main campaign.
Special Case Files teams are made up of three characters, who can all be equipped with memories.
You can set up to six of these special teams.
A team that has taken on a stage battle can no longer be used for battle.
In addition, the characters and memories that were used for this spent team cannot be placed in any other team.
Use "Restore Teams" to restore all of your teams to use them for battle again.
Restore Teams
"Restore Teams" is a special feature only used in Case Files.
Using Restore Teams will allow all of your teams to go into battle again.
This will also allow you to reconfigure your teams.
You can restore your teams 1 time per day for free.
*Restore Teams counter resets at 12:00 AM JST every day.
You can also use Hero Gems to perform Restore Teams.
*Restore Teams using Hero Gems can be performed up to 99 times per day.
Mock Battles
In Mock Battles, you can try out a battle with your team without needing to use Restore Teams.
Try out different team configurations to see what works best.
While you can see the results from a Mock Battle, you will not make any stage progress, the opponents' HP will be reset, and you will not obtain any completion rewards.
Case File Bonus
In Case Files, some characters have a Case File Bonus.
Using a character with a Case File Bonus on your team during a Case battle will give them special abilities.
Characters with Case File Bonuses change for each CASE.
*Characters with a Case File Bonus will show a special badge on their character icon during team setup.
Set Special Guests
In Case Files, you can select special guests to act as your sidekick and support you during battle.
You can choose characters from the stories as your special guests.
Unlike in regular quests and Event Quests, you cannot choose other players as your guest in Case Files.
The character you select as a special guest will not directly participate in battle.
In exchange, the special guest can use a Support Skill once during battle that powers up your team.
EX Stages
Once you complete all stages in a chapter, you will unlock the EX Stages.
Unlike the regular stages, you can try the EX Stages as many times as you would like.
You will obtain a completion reward every time you complete an EX Stage.
Rewards come in two types, "Limited Rewards" and "Normal Rewards", which are won by lottery once you complete a stage.
▼Limited Rewards
There is a limited number of Limited Rewards that can be won from each EX Stage.
Once all Limited Rewards are distributed, they will no longer be a part of the lottery.
▼Normal Rewards
There is no limit to the number of Normal Rewards that can be distributed.
After all Limited Rewards are distributed from the stage, all reward lotteries from that point forward will only include Normal Rewards.
See "Rewards" for a list of all possible rewards.
Once you complete an EX Stage, you can use a Skip Ticket to skip the quest.
To skip, you will need a team compatible with the EX Stage and a Skip Ticket.
You will use one of your special teams each time you skip.
When skipping multiple times, teams will be used in order from top to bottom of the team selection screen.
In addition, when you skip a battle, you cannot obtain EXP or Trust Points (TP) for characters.
In exchange, you can obtain Character Lv Up Bars and presents based on the EXP and Trust Points your characters would have earned.
